Styleworks is a Tokyo-based apparel OEM/ODM partner for corporate production teams and designers. We coordinate materials, garment specifications, processing, and factories for product development and bulk production across casual, sportswear, and outdoor apparel. Sole proprietors with a bulk production plan may also inquire, subject to project conditions.

What we do

We work as a producer-style OEM/ODM partner: beyond sewing, we orchestrate the full production chain—materials, factory selection, specialty processing, and right-sized lots—around each project.

Material sourcing

We help you select functional and synthetic fabrics—water-repellent, stain-resistant, anti-static, soft-hand polyester, wool-like fabrics, downproof shells, and more—matched to intended use and price target.

Seam-tape construction

We coordinate fabric, tape specifications, and sewing construction for waterproof garments. CASE 03 records a project produced from 200 pieces; this is a case-specific result, not a standard minimum order.

Small-lot production

There is no fixed company-wide minimum order. We review planned quantity together with materials, processing, sewing construction, factory capacity, budget, and delivery timing for each project.

Production management

End-to-end coordination from spec sheets and sampling through bulk manufacturing, quality control, customs, and delivery.

    We assess material and trim requirements, processing, sewing construction, and factory capacity together with your planned quantity. Published case quantities describe individual projects; new inquiries are reviewed separately.

  • Cross-industry support

    We regularly help non-apparel companies—fishing gear, sporting goods, lifestyle brands—launch their first apparel line, including spec writing and basic design support (separate scope of engagement).

Production quantities and project conditions

There is no fixed company-wide minimum order. We review quantity together with materials, processing, sewing construction, factory capacity, budget, and delivery timing. Figures for CASE 03 and CASE 10 describe those projects only. An estimate or 'quantity under review' is acceptable.

Production flow

Typical lead time from first consultation to delivery is 13–21 weeks, depending on item complexity and fabric availability.

  1. Brief & material proposal Weeks 1–2

    You share the intended use, price range, target lot, and brand direction. We propose materials, processing options, and a feasible plan.

  2. Production spec Weeks 2–4

    Spec sheets, pattern direction, sub-material selection, and processing partner confirmation.

  3. Sample production Weeks 4–8

    First sample, feedback rounds, and fit and material confirmation.

  4. Production launch Weeks 8–12

    Production order placed, factory line scheduled, and sub-materials secured.

  5. Quality control Weeks 10–18

    In-process and final inspection, defect handling, and packaging coordination.

  6. Customs & delivery Weeks 18–21

    Logistics, customs clearance, and delivery to your specified location in Japan or overseas.
