Launching a brand with no apparel background
A creator with a social following wanted original sportswear under their own brand after a local company declined the project. We supported it from the material-proposal stage.

An established fishing-gear maker launched a lifestyle apparel line that carries its brand world into everyday wear.

Waterproof jackets and pants after being turned away
Seam-tape sealing normally runs on industry minimums of around 1,000 pieces at specialist factories. We structured the project to run from 200 pieces.

Clear differentiation in a synthetic jacket
For a full-zip synthetic jacket, we mapped the material-led differentiation options — each with its own cost and minimum-lot conditions — and built the spec around the fit.

Counter-proposing a better spec over a stock-body request
Asked to produce on a stock blank tee, we first asked what it was for — gym training — and proposed a fabric and spec that actually fit the use.

Raising the performance of a water-repellent finish
The client needed repellency beyond a standard finish. We proposed a post-processing spec balancing repellency, durability, and environmental considerations.
CASE 07
Solving static with sewing thread, not new fabric
Synthetic tees were drawing static-electricity complaints from end users. An anti-static sewing thread fixed it without changing the fabric.

Softening the hand of a synthetic tee
Polyester stiffness and sheen were the complaint. We proposed a softer-hand material that kept the functional performance.

A down jacket with a wool-like shell
Wool-look fabrics are rarely woven densely enough to hold down, so the project centered on downproof construction.
CASE 10
All-over print in a limited-run collection
All-over fabric printing usually demands large minimums set by the processing facility. We landed a limited collection at 120 pieces.
